1. Data residency
All customer applications and data are hosted in data centres within the European Union.
2. Roles
For your application data, you are the controller and HostMyAI is the processor. A data processing agreement is included with every plan.
3. What we collect
Account details, billing information and operational logs needed to run and secure the service.
4. Sub-processors
We only use EU-based sub-processors. The current list is available on request.
5. Your rights
You may access, correct, export or delete your data at any time via hello@hostmyai.eu.
